Once the order is processed you will receive a confirmation of the order. The packaging, shipping and customs declaration process (if applicable) will begin at this time. Thius process is usually completed within three business days. Once the package is picked up for delivery you will receive another message informing you that the package is in transit, along with a tracking number and other shipping information. Shipping is primarily handled by UPS or DHL depending on cost and the location of the receiver. Unless pre-arranged paintings are shipped rolled and in a tube. This will require the buyer to have the painting stretched by a professional framer. If import taxes are applicable to the country in which the painting is being sent the service provider responsible for transport organizes this with the buyer prior to shipping. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. There is a seven day return policy. In the unlikely event of a return, the buyer is responsible for packing the painting in the same shipping material it was received. All shipping cost and import taxes is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be paid once the package is received and determined that the painting is in the same condition as it was when shipped. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns. Shipping

Paintings will be shipped in a rolled and in a tube. This is for protection of the painting and reduced shipping cost. If the client would like to have the painting shipped stretched and ready for hanging additional cost will be associated and must be prearranged by contacting me at Ltabing@mac.com.
